ChatGPT

1. Make up a story using emojies

ChatGPT can also work with emojies. Don't be afraid to write a short story or summarize the content of a book or movie. You can use emojies to learn vocabulary.

2. Alphabet fairy tale

Could you write a fairy tale in which each word begins with the next letter in the alphabet? For ChatGPT this is no problem. Speaking of the alphabet, you'll be unbeatable at the name, city, animal, thing game with ChatGPT.

3. Crosswords

Have you tried making a crossword puzzle? ChatGPT can do that too. You won't have to worry about students not completing this crossword before.

But even ChatGPT can be lame. It is most effective in English, Chinese is not so good. If you want to have your text simplified to a certain language level, it's very likely to leave more complicated links in there. In this case, it helps to specify an age range instead of a level (so that a child of 9 can understand it).

4. MIDJOURNEY

You can easily use Midjourney to generate images for labeling. Let your imagination run wild. For homework, have students generate a dream house or ideal planet. Then share and describe the images together. Midjourney is an easy way to combine words from lessons that are completely unconnected into one picture. Like Snow White in a truck.

5. KHANMIGO

Khan Academy released an AI educational assistant a few weeks ago. It has two mods, student and tutor. The lecturer profile will help you come up with activities, explain topics you need to refresh and create tests. You can monitor your students' activities and ensure that they use Khanmigo as a tool and not as a pull. At the same time, you can use it for chatting. It can turn into your favorite literary author or historical figure. And what is the difference from ChatGPT? The Khanmigo student mode helps the student to find the answer themselves by asking them how they came up with the solution and showing them where they might have gone wrong.
